Not April 10, it will be the last time That Hug will echo live in Portugal in the voice of Gilberto Gil. The city of Porto was included in the Brazilian singer’s farewell tour. The show will be at the iconic Coliseum, starting at 9pm, and promises a full house.
Ticket sales began on the morning of this Friday, December 19th. Within minutes, the 50-euro tickets for the central popular ticket counter were sold out.. Prices vary between 25 and 75 euros.
The concert is part of the “Tempo Rei – Última Tour” calendar, which tours several Brazilian cities and other countries such as part of the artist’s farewell to the stage, who is 82 years old. Gilberto Gil is one of the biggest names in Brazilian popular music and is known all over the world.

On April 10th, Gilberto Gil takes to the stage at Coliseu Porto Ageas for a unique concert, which celebrates the music and poetry of the universal artist that is Gilberto Gil”highlights the Porto Coliseum.
The artist was in Portugal in October 2023, when he received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. The Brazilian defined the moment as “a gesture of love, soaked in the affection and affection of Portugal, which strengthens ties between brotherly peoples and contiguous cultures”.
