Expired residence permits until June 30th of this year and renewed in the Mission Structure remain valid until April 15th, 2026. The notice is from the Agency for Integration, Migrations and Asylum (AIMA), which highlights this right provided for in article 63, no. 14, of Regulatory Decree no. 84/2007.
Many immigrants assisted in the task force already have their renewal receipt expired (valid for 180 days after payment of the fee), while the card has not yet been sent. According to the balance presented on December 18th, the Mission Structure carried out 9,594 renewal appointments, of which 7,501 cards have already been issued.
