NOS achieved 75 points in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025. The telecommunications operator recorded almost double the sector average (40 points).

At stake is an international index that evaluates the performance of more than 13 thousand companies from all over the world, using metrics linked to ESG criteria, that is, environmental, social and governance. Depending on the conclusions, a score is assigned, between 0 and 100 points.

In a statement, NOS highlights the particularly positive performance in the areas of “business ethics, risk management, privacy and cybersecurity, environmental management, energy efficiency, diversity and people’s well-being, and digital inclusion”, it can be read.

In this context, the company highlights its commitments to “reinforced anti-corruption policies, climate targets validated by Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and energy efficiency and circularity programs”, he adds.

From the perspective of LuĂ­sa Jervell, NOS Sustainability Director, the result validates the “solidity” of NOS, as well as “the rigor of our practices and the commitment of our teams to integrating sustainability into the business”.
