Shipping in Australia
Standard shipping to all Australian post codes is free for all private purchases and most business
purchases. There may be some additional charges for business purchases of more than 10 copies or
for split or special orders.

We do not currently offer an express postal service.
Delivery times are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. If you live in an Australian
Metropolitan area, you can expect to receive your course materials 3-5 business days after we send
you a dispatch confirmation email, slightly longer for other areas including WA and the NT. See our
dispatch times below for more detail.


Shipping Outside of Australia
We can post your course materials to an address outside of Australia however there will be
additional charges for this. Speak to a member of our helpful customer service team by email

Time to discuss your shipping options and costs.


Return to Sender
Regardless of where you live, please make sure your delivery address is accurate and can be
accessed by regular humans. Should your parcel be returned to us due to circumstances out of our
control (i.e. you have provided us with incorrect address details, your item was not collected from
the post office or the postal worker was scared off by your well-meaning dog) you will be required to
pay the re-postage cost.
Unfortunately, we are unable to update the delivery address once you have purchased your course.


Dispatch Times
Good things come to those who wait – we promise.
We prepare and pack your course materials just for you and we aim to have your course materials
(books, card games etc) ready to send 5-10 business days after you place your order. Once we have
packed and posted your course materials, you’ll receive an email to let you know when they will
arrive.
During busy sales periods or for large and international orders, it may take us longer than 10
business days to prepare your course materials for dispatch.
If you are purchasing more than 10 copies or live outside of Australia, a member of our customer
service team will discuss delivery times with you.

Sometimes we are extremely popular and run out of stock, if we do experience a delay in delivery
for smaller and private purchases, we’ll let you know.
